Patagonia

This rare stone comes from the volcano-prone areas of South America, particularly Brazil. Quartzite is a type of stone obtained from metamorphic rock. This type of stone is available in and around the area of Patagonia, hence the name.

This stone has a very typical and particular texture which makes it stand out. It comes in really eye-catching patterns with earthy tones of beige, brown, and black with just a little gray, sometimes. Quartzite is also made by heating and adding pressure to sandstone.

Patagonia quartzite is of great use for flooring in the bathroom and countertop surfaces in the kitchen. It lends the surface a uniquely chic look.
